Payment
We accept the following forms of payment:

   • American Express
   • Personal Checks, Cashiers checks, & Money orders

Your credit card will not be charged until your order ships. Personal checks are held for 10 business days to allow them to clear. (Customers will be charged a $25 fee and will be referred to a collection agency if check is returned). Money orders and cashiers checks are processed and shipped immediately.

Shipping
We will ship your order worldwide. To find out what shipping will cost, place the item(s) you intend to buy in your shopping cart and our eCommerce system can automatically calculate the shipping charges based on your prefered carrier and geographical location.

Returns
We guarantee all of our products to be free of defects for 30 days. If you receive a defective CD, movie, or game from us, send us email at service@mediafling.com to arrange an exchange. All defects will be replaced with the same title. If same title is out of stock, you may choose to receive credit or a refund.

Selling Items to MediaFling
1. If you send us an item that we cannot accept we will email you immediately and you can tell us through email if you want it shipped back or, we can dispose of it for you.

2. All products offered are subject to current availability and prices are subject to change without notice.

3. We reserve the right to refuse certain sell orders at our discretion.

4. All credits expire one year after the date they are issued. All unused credits older than one year will be deleted from the system.

5. We maintain a very high level of quality with the CDs, DVD’S, and Games that we sell! Used discs should be just like new ones, only much cheaper.

Media condition limitations of Items to be sold
New: A brand-new, unused, unopened CD, DVD, or Game in perfect condition. Still in original factory seal.

Like New: An opened CD, DVD, or Game in perfect condition . The jewel case is pristine. The liner notes, inclusions, and/or sleeve are in perfect condition. The CD, DVD, or Game itself is unmarked, with no sign of wear. Suitable for presenting as a gift.

Very Good: A well-cared-for CD, DVD, or Game that has been listened to, but remains in great condition and plays perfectly. The jewel case may show limited signs of wear, as may the liner notes and inclusions.

Good: The CD, DVD, or Game plays perfectly but has clear signs of wear May contain light scratches. The jewel case is undamaged, and original liner notes are in good condition. The CD, DVD, or Game or packaging may have identification markings from its owner.

Acceptable: The CD, DVD, or Game plays perfectly, but has repairable damage or scratches. The jewel case may be damaged, and the liner notes may be marked (but remain complete and legible).

Unacceptable: Music that is in any way unplayable, severely scratched, or has foil damage is not acceptable, nor are bootlegs, including recopied media in any form. Additionally, promotional media is not accepted by mediafling.com.

DVD Movies:

• We currently only buy and sell Region 1 titles (US & Canada)
• We do not currently accept imported DVDs or bootlegs
• Discs must be in good shape without scratches or foil damage
• Must come in original box
• Box must be in good condition & include any inserts that originally come with the DVD
• Limit of two pieces on any one title per customer (If you'd like us to make an exception, please email us at bulk@mediafling.com)
• No promos or rental store product please!
• We DO NOT buy or sell DIVX, Laser Disc, or other video formats.

Video Games:

• We currently only buy and sell PS2, XBOX, and Gamecube titles
• We do not currently accept imported games
• Discs must be in good shape without scratches or foil damage
• Must come in original box
• Box must be in good condition & include instruction booklets that originally come with the game
• Limit of two pieces on any one title per customer (If you'd like us to make an exception, please email us at bulk@mediafling.com )
• No promos or rental store product please!
• We currently do not purchase console systems

Vinyl Records:

• We have begun purchasing selected Vinyl albums although we are not listing them for sale on our website. If you have vinyl records you are interested in selling to us, please contact us at bulk@mediafling.com with a list of titles, artists, labels, and label numbers. Please also list the condition of each album as well and a representative will contact you.
